Not many people know that Primoprint has a dedicated in-house design team. They’re here to help you with most any design needs. From text and file editing, designing of print products, to logo design and branding. Graphic design and quality print all in one place, what more can you ask for?
What makes our design team stand out?
Fair Design Pricing
Not only is our print pricing one of the lowest around, what we charge for design is reasonably priced as well. All custom design work includes accessible communication with your designer, up to three revisions, proof before sending to print, fast turnaround, ownership of files, and easy access to reorder.
Each of our designers are solely Primoprint employees located in the United States, with most having at least 10 years of experience in graphic and print design. Sure, you can find plenty of online design services for cheap, but often you get what you pay for.
Quick Turnaround and Communication
Depending on the project, most file creation takes about two business days. Something such as simple edits and typesetting usually takes one business day. Any communication typical takes less than a business day.
Ownership of Design Files
The files are yours once the order is printed, and we can give them to you if requested. You are free to use them for anything else you may need, even if you decide that next time you want to use a different printer. Also, if we’ve created a logo for you, we will help give you those files in formats that can be used for other needs such as social media icons, letterhead, or email signature.
Pricing Presented Upfront; No Hidden Fees
Before we do any work, we let you know of the pricing upfront. Design and print fees need to be paid for before we do any work. If for some reason, we do need to charge you for something else, such as additional edits beyond the three proofs you get or changing product, we will let you know beforehand.
We Archive All Files for Future Use
Need to place a reorder, make a minor change, order business cards for an additional employee using the same template? No problem, we keep your files archived. Also, any minor changes for reorders are at no extra cost.
We’ve had a lot of customers say their designers have gone MIA. With us, we are always here and won’t disappear when it’s time to make changes. – Brooke, Design Team Director
Creating Templates for Companies that Consistently Order
As mentioned above, once we create a file for you, if you need minor edits, it will be at no extra charge. For example, let’s say you brought a new employee on board and they need a set business card. All you’ll need to do is contact our design team and let them know what needs to be done. You’ll have a new set of cards in no time.
Business Account Programs
For large companies, we offer a Business Accounts Program. It’s an exclusive tool that allows your business the power to edit, proof and order custom branded products. We will create a specialized template where employees can input the business information needed directly from our site and place the order without working with a designer.
